| I guess it's just in Craig's nature to make music! Do you guys think there will be a tour? | |

It's amazing . I still can't believe it. I hope they do some touring, hopefully also in Europe. I don't know if that's realistic after they only played two shows when the last album was released. In my opinion, the Vines need a better management and more promotion, like they used to have between 2002 and 2004. Their music is still great. Wicked Nature was way to underrated.

| Wicked Nature was not only severely underrated, but essentially entirely overlooked by music media compared to past released. So disappointing, not only for the band, but for the fans who so wanted The Vines to get the recognition they deserve for such an awesome album. I'm just so glad Craig is powering on (though I highly doubt he pores over reviews in music magazines ). It definitely is in his nature to make music, but no one is forcing him to release it, so I'm so grateful he's doing that. I'm also really doubtful of a sizeable tour, but I'm dreeeaaaming of a Berlin gig in the next year, because if they play Sydney I'll miss it. | |

| Can we just appreciate that: * I lived in Sydney for 3 years, saw one Vines gig in that time (very grateful of course <3) * I left Australia for the first time a month ago * And now this has happened I WANT TO CRY AT THE TIMING OF THE UNIVERSE I'm sorry because I know very few Vines fans actually live in Sydney/will get to go to this but OH MY GOD I just wanted to rant to people who understand. :'( Aside from that HOLY SHIT ISN'T THIS GREAT NEWS! Craig playing a gig for the first time in 2 years. <3 I am so so happy for him. In Miracle Land also made my heart burst. | |

| Finally got into me account again, far out. What's everyone's take on "In Miracle Land"? Felt left of centre given the use of different timing throughout the two sections but I really like the old school Beatles/Kinks vibe he's always hinted at. Also the lyrics being that of Alex in Miracle World, the old Sega game.... "anti-technology" Craigy my boy Btw just to taunt my homegirl Anysound, tickets were purchased this afternoon | |

Btw just to taunt my homegirl Anysound, tickets were purchased this afternoon I love the song, especially the different tempos, which is quite Beatle-esque(?) but also something Craig likes to do, for example as in "Don't Go" or "Vacant Video" etc. I enjoy the 60s vibe too and of course the lyrics are beautiful as well.. I was wondering who Alex was, thanks for clearing that up for me I think Craig is just great in creating these visions of arcadian dreamlands with his songs.. I hope to hear more of that on the new album And I'm really jealous that you get to see them live (and Craig's first solo performance ). I actually had a dream tonight that I saw Craig live, before I even knew he was playing.. which is a bit weird. But as I live in Germany too I will have to rely on short snippets on youtube as always Anyway enjoy the gig!!! And tell me which songs they played afterwards

| Rejoice, Vines fam! I love In Miracle land! Craig is sounding happy and very creative. I always love how he can take something as basic as 3 or 4 chords and spin them into a sunny, summery dreamscape. Not that easy to do! But then, he is a special lil wizard, ay? So excited for another classic album, these guys just don't let up! Oh yeah, I'm still not used to the VinLs looking logo Have fun at Craig's show everybody, and remember your proper personal phone etiquette! I joke, I kid, giddy is what miracle land has made me. It is sugar, baby, sugar! | |

| I'm hoping I get to meet the bloke, I've only wanted to see them live since 2002...
I wish I went to see them last year in Sydney but had other stuff going on closer to home, I actually cannot register my own excitement to see my favourite band of all time still

| A recently posted pic on Lucky's twitter shows Tim carry a slab on a street near the studio they did In Miracle Land in. Not sure if the pic itself is recent but if so, means they may be finishing off the album... Kinda sucks they haven't posted anything since Craig's solo gig, a second single or video would have been sick! | |

Heck, I'm not an Aussie, what is this "slab" you speak of? Is it a case of brew?
Well, shoot, we'll just give it a lil more to see how close the next record is done. What studio did they record in? Is it the same as Wicked NAture?

| Yes, a slab is a case of brew! In Miracle Land was done in Hercules Street Studios in Sydney from what I've read so I'm guessing the whole album is being done there. | |
