Chapter about The Vines in the book "Believe in Magic, 30 Years of Heavenly Recordings" published in 2020 - Conversation between Patrick Matthews, Ryan Griffiths and Andy Kelly

I recently bought a newly published book "Believe in Magic, 30 Years of Heavenly Recordings". There is a chapter about The Vines. Former members Patrick and Ryan and The Vines' ex-manager Andy Kelly talked about their early years. The book is published on November this year. So I guess their conversation was quite recent.

I know the forum is kind of dead now. But I post the extract here anyway, just in case anyone is still checking in.

Yeah this forum is a ghost town currently. Thanks for posting this, didn't know this book existed. Not sure if you've heard this already but Patrick did a podcast last year called the Album Club where he talks specifically about Highly Evolved. Yeah, actually I just listened to it some days ago! Not easy to understand everything they said because of my English and their aussie accents. I heard the book project at the beginning and I thought I must be misunderstanding. So it's cool to know that Patrick was really talking about writing a book about The Vines! I wonder how it's going to be.

It's been years I've ever written on a forum. I almost forgot how to reply! Glad that you are still here!
