True. I often stay up on night thinking of stupid things I should be over. Lately I've stressed less about things I should have moved on from, but it used to be a huge problem for me to move on.

False. My mind has difficulty switching off and I can't help but have hundreds of thoughts running around my head when I'm lying in bed. Usually, I just try to focus on one thing rather than loads of things and that sometimes helps, but for the most part, my sleeping pattern is shot.
