| I've already read Full Frontal Feminism, so I know what to expect. Yeah, it's pretty... fun. She even wrote herself that it's kind of a funny thing. About a pretty sad and depressing topic. But yeah. I like it so far. These 50 mini chapters are quite interesting and condensed. "He's A Stud, She's A Slut" "He's Chill, She's On The Pill" "He's Rough, She's Dainty" - this is pretty sad, it's about the kind of toys directed at children, you can already guess what it's going to be like. ^^ So... More chapters to read on the train ride. Almost gone. Maybe some food before I go to the cinema. | |

| What I like about her style is that she's pretty informal. Pretty much into your face. Which I like.
I'm not into... flowery style without any meaning. You know, the stuff - the theoretical stuff I have to add - I should read for university is all married to the concept of elitist language. I dig language, but not the ugly connotations that academics give to it.
So, her style is just about right for me.

I still have to read that. I have it in German and in English, but it's a bit lower on my priority list. - braindead wrote:

Wow, thee are so lucky. I'm reading it in Spanish, so I can bother every communist and Marxist I know at school. But as I can see, there are not really any Anarchist manifest or anything. But if thee know anything, let me know. Cheers. By the way, The Vines Mx and I are the same vampire. The same being. Cus I am not a human.

Yes Aaaah, I thought about getting that one, too. Instead I bought 3(!) biographies on Keanu Reeves. One's even from a library. It's cool. ^^ But not completely satisfactory. Better than nothing, I'd say.

| I only read 30 pages of "Keanu". ^^ I also have a big slim magazine-like book with big pictures. Which is also cool. "Keanu Reeves - An Excellent Adventure" is something in between the two. "Keanu" is like a proper biography and the other two are a bit more... trashy. ^^ | |
