Brit pop fan? 8)
I found a girl on Tumblr who likes Radiohead AND football. She does not like Mancherster United, though. :( She is not into Manchester football. She's disappointed that Ed loves ManU. She likes... Chelsea and Liverpool. And the German national team. I think... Totally. Britfan. And I'm sorry. But also in my case, I hate Manutd. I love MCFC, I mean... just look at David Silva and Joe Hart. And them skills. Manchester City. With Polish background.

| SCHISSE!! HOW COME? Oh well, of course INDEED, I'm a huge Sex Pistols fan, but that's like not even necessary to mention. There're Beatlemaniacs and there's us, the SexPistolmaniacs. I feel so ashamed for not mentioning them... | |

| Love a bit of The Sex Pistols, but Manchester City? Anyway, at the moment, top 5 would probably look like: The Vaccines The Everly Brothers Explosions in the Sky Port Blue A Silver Mt. Zion | |

| Still listening to Nirvana at 28? Did you not totally milk them in your teenage years? | |

| Don't get me wrong, Kurt Cobain was my God when I was growing up, so you're talking to one of the biggest Nirvana fans on this board, but it's just that seeing as I spent so much time listening to them back in the day, I got kind of bored of listening to the same songs. I was just surprised because it's rare to hear about anyone that's not a teenager who still listens to Nirvana all the time. With the Lights Out and Incesticide are the only albums I listen to these days. One of the best bands ever, for sure. Really wish Courtney would release all of the material she's sitting on. Would love to hear some new Nirvana songs. | |

| I don't listen to them as much as I did but I still stick on In Utero every now & then, still blows my mind.
I would be more interested in the Kurt Cobain solo tracks than new Nirvana

| That's a good point about his acoustic stuff. If they were anything along the same lines of Here She Comes Now that'd be quality. That's one of my favourite Nirvana songs. I'm sure I read somewhere there's like 300 songs that are still unreleased. That's mental. | |

Yeh, love them both. I know it's just a filthy rich team at the moment though. But you know it's getting more exciting. Where are you from, like how you know man city? The Mars Volta Vato Negro Le Butcherettes Calle 13 De Facto Omar Rodriguez-López. Basically his arse and shite he does. Genius on the guitar, and also in every instrument/shite he touches.

Radiohead QOTSA Tame Impala (Jesus Holy Christ 'Lonerism' is perfection) Silverchair AIC Lonerism is fucking awesome! Album of the year? I don't see why not. Come of Age is album of the year, surely? Well I know 'Monument' by Children Collide was a let down, so was 'Pacifica' by Presets to an extent, Alice In Chains were supposed to have their new album out this year and so was Wolfmother but they both seem to be taking longer than usual. Also 'Black Rabbits' by Grinspoon sucked, but 'Oceania' by SP and 'King Animal' by Soundgarden were alright. The only stand-out album from any of the bands I like this year was 'Lonerism' for sure, if you haven't heard it yet omgwtf, I strongly suggest so, best follow-up album since, I don't even know....

'Lonerism' just won Triple J's J-Award for 'Album Of The Year' Coincidence or? Nah I did have a listen to 'Come Of Age' and although that stuff isn't exactly my cup of tea, I found it really enjoyable

| I listened to that Lonerism the other day and thought it was awful. I turned it off half way through.
Loving your inclusion of Explosions in the Sky though! What a band. Post-rock is one of the best genres of music, in my opinion.

Can't please everyone, although I can't understand why "channel ORANGE" is so great either. 2013 will have much better candidates for album of the year.
